A:Haier Biomedical's CO2 Incubator sensor, based on NDIR measurement principle, using silicon MEMS transmitter, it can achieve zero drift and automatic calibration, the offset is less than 0.3% within two years and the control accuracy reach to ±0.1%. New IR sensor with high temperature resistance of 190℃, not affected by temperature and humidity or pressure changes, effectively solving the problem if the door is often opened, and temperature and other parameters are often the major issues. It can carry out more than 300 dry heat sterilization cycles, with a service life of up to 15 years.


Q:Are thermal conductivity sensor and infrared sensors optional? Can I choose copper liner?

A:The Haier Biomedical CO2 Incubator is equipped with an infrared sensor as standard, and the thermal conductivity sensor is not currently supported; the incubator is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel liner, and the optional copper liner is not currently supported.


Q:What is the status of 100% saturated humidity? What should I do if the humidity is too high?

A:Saturated humidity is a critical state. Humidity can only be infinitely close to but still less than 100%.


High saturation humidity is beneficial to the cultivation of cells, but if the laboratory is not properly disinfected, it will also lead to bacterial growth. If this problem occurs, it is recommended to use a water tray to humidify the bottom, which can effectively reduce the humidity.


Q:Under what conditions will the door ajar alarm be triggered?

A:Haier Biomedical CO2 Incubator will trigger the ajar alarm when the door has been opened for 30 seconds.


Q:How to solve the problem of abnormal liquid level display?

A:The bottom liquid level monitoring has been tested by adding water at the bottom. When the user uses ultra-pure water, the conductivity of the water is relatively high, which results in the liquid level controller being undetectable. The problem can be solved by adding electrolytes such as copper sulfate or saline.

A:

Taking YDD-850-465 as an example, the average daily liquid nitrogen consumption is 7.8442 L. It adopts a manual and automatic integrated liquid nitrogen supplement form, users do not need to replace the connecting pipe interface when refilling liquid nitrogen, which is much more convenient and safer than the traditional operation of pouring liquid nitrogen from the opening head of the container.

A:

In terms of temperature and liquid level measurement, Haier Biomedical offers two measurement methods for users to choose: differential pressure and capacitance; temperature and liquid level are measured and controlled separately, with interlocking function to achieve multiple security guarantees; at the same time, multiple alarm signals are in place to ensure sample safety; support external network, internal network, wired and wireless network communications to achieve remote monitoring.

A:

Both gas and liquid phases can be used; the lowest temperature at the top of the freezer rack can reach -190°C when it comes to gas phase storage.

What is the working principle of YDZ series self-pressurized supply container?

A:

When the inner container is filled with liquid nitrogen, the vent valve, the discharge valve and the pressure reduction valve is closed, and the liquid nitrogen injection port is screwed tightly. In the case of no leakage, due to the heat transfer of the container shell to the pressure increasing tube, part of the liquid nitrogen that enters the tube by itself is absorbed due to the heat transfer and is vaporized.

 

When the pressure increases valve is turned opened, the vaporized nitrogen passes through the valve and immediately enters the upper space above the inner container liquid surface. At the same time, the liquid nitrogen in the container inner container continuously enters the pressure increase tube to absorb the heat and is vaporized. Due to the volume of vaporized nitrogen being more than 600 times that of liquid nitrogen, a large amount of gas phase nitrogen obtained through a small amount of liquid nitrogen being vaporized continuously enters the inner container through the opened pressure increase valve. With the increase in the amount of entering nitrogen, the nitrogen accumulated in the upper space above the liquid surface of the inner container gradually generates pressure on the inner wall and the liquid surface. When the pressure gauge value reaches 0.02 MPa, open the discharge valve and the liquid nitrogen will be discharged through the drainage pipe.

Fast pressurization and convenient operation: The pressurization method of applying pressure generated after a small amount of liquid nitrogen is vaporized to the inner container, which is convenient for operation, fast to raise pressure, and ensures the purity of liquid nitrogen.

 

Superior safety and reliability: The discharge pressure of the container is extremely low, and it is equipped with a pressure gauge, a safety valve, and a vacuum sealed joint. Therefore, the container is safe and highly reliable in use.

 

High strength materials: The outer shell, inner container and main parts are all made of austenitic stainless steel with good vacuum and low temperature performance.
